Submission Guidelines

We welcome original research articles, systematic reviews, case studies, and scholarly papers that are not concurrently under consideration at any other publication. Manuscripts should be written in clear academic English — British or American — and presented in a well-structured, logically argued format adhering to the IMRaD model.

Ivory & Finch Publishers follows a rigorous double-blind peer review model, ensuring complete confidentiality between authors and reviewers throughout the evaluation process. Every submitted manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening to assess originality, academic suitability, and overall clarity before being forwarded for independent expert review. We are fully compliant with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines. Editorial decisions are communicated transparently within 3 to 5 working days, maintaining a process that is both swift and thoroughly impartial.

Manuscript Submission
Submit your manuscript via our online portal or by email to editor@jcarm.in. An automated confirmation is sent immediately upon receipt.

Editorial Screening
Our editorial team conducts an initial review for scope, originality, and compliance with submission guidelines — typically within 1 to 2 working days.

Peer Review
Qualifying manuscripts are assigned to two or more independent subject specialists under double-blind conditions.

Decision & Revision
Authors receive a detailed editorial decision. Accepted manuscripts proceed; others may be invited to revise and resubmit.

Production & Publication
Accepted papers are professionally typeset, assigned a DOI, and published open access. The scheduled publication date is communicated in the acceptance notification.

All articles published by Ivory & Finch Publishers are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), ensuring permanent accessibility, citation tracking, and institutional discoverability. Our publications are structured to meet international indexing standards and are made freely accessible to support visibility across academic platforms, research repositories, and search engines including Google Scholar.
Publication Ethics +
We are committed to the highest ethical standards in academic publishing, in full compliance with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines. Authors are expected to submit only original, previously unpublished work; properly attribute all sources; declare any conflicts of interest; and avoid simultaneous submission to multiple publications. Our editorial team ensures that every manuscript is handled with impartiality, confidentiality, and complete professional integrity throughout the review and publication process.
Corrections & Retractions +
In the event that errors are identified following publication, authors are required to notify the editorial office promptly. Necessary corrections will be issued as formal corrigenda to preserve the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record. Where significant ethical or factual issues are identified — including undisclosed plagiarism, data fabrication, or duplicate publication — formal retraction proceedings will be initiated in strict accordance with COPE guidelines.
Cancellation & Refund Policy +
Authors may request a cancellation with a full refund of the Article Processing Charge (APC) provided the request is submitted at least 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled publication date and before the production process has commenced. Once typesetting, DOI registration, or any other production activity has begun, refunds may not be available. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the editorial office at editor@jcarm.in.
Language & Quality Standards +
All submissions must be written in clear, grammatically correct academic English — either British or American conventions are accepted, provided usage is consistent throughout. Manuscripts that do not meet the baseline language standards required for scholarly publication may be returned to authors prior to review. Authors are strongly encouraged to undertake thorough proofreading — and where appropriate, professional language editing — before submission to ensure the highest standard of clarity and presentation.
Open Access & Copyright +
All articles published by Ivory & Finch Publishers are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication, with no subscription charges or access barriers. Authors retain copyright and grant the publisher an exclusive licence to publish under the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence. This allows others to read, share, and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate attribution is given and any derivatives are shared under the same licence.
