      <abstract>
        <p>Human physical performance, occupational capacity, and physiological resilience represent multifaceted phenomena governed by complex interactions between biochemical homeostasis, biomechanical stress, psychological workload, and environmental exposure. This review article synthesizes recent multidisciplinary empirical scholarship to establish an integrated framework for athletic performance, occupational wellness, and digital biometric health tracking. First, we examine exercise biochemistry and mineral dynamics, analyzing empirical data on serum calcium homeostasis in high-intensity athletes (inter-university soccer players) compared to non-sports controls (Puri et al., 2026), alongside clinical imperatives for establishing population-specific biochemical reference intervals (Chidubem et al., 2026). Second, we evaluate occupational physiology, work-life balance, and physical strain in high-demand clinical environments, highlighting operational stress among female practitioners (Baba et al., 2026; Ashade et al., 2026) and protocols for tissue healing and acute inflammatory recovery (Abdul et al., 2026). Third, we review technological advancements in smart healthcare management systems (Livingword et al., 2026) and introduce advanced quantitative variance modeling—specifically Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (ARCH) and Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (EGARCH) architectures—to model time-series volatility in physiological exertion and heart rate variability (Asu et al., 2026). Fourth, we bridge clinical health analytics with pediatric biological resilience (Onowugbeda et al., 2026; Onowugbeda, Ofili, &amp; Trinitas, 2026) and baseline mucosal microbiological profiling in healthy cohorts (Oluwaseyi et al., 2026). Finally, we articulate strategic implications for physical education curricula, sports science diagnostics, and health policy, offering actionable recommendations for multi-sensor biometric monitoring, personalized mineral supplementation, and data-driven workload management.</p>
